Do you advise, or do you actually implement?+
Both. We are most useful when we stay close enough to the work to help put the change in place. Where you have the capacity to run implementation yourselves, we can shift to a supporting role — but we do not hand over a report and walk away.
How long does an engagement take?+
A focused diagnostic is usually two to four weeks. Improvement engagements are scoped to the work — often a few months — and we agree clear checkpoints so you are never committing to an open-ended timeline.
What size of business do you work with?+
Mostly established small and mid-sized businesses — often those that have grown faster than their processes and now feel the friction. If your operation spans several teams, sites or markets, that is exactly where we add the most value.
Do you work remotely or on-site?+
We are based in Hong Kong and work across Hong Kong, the Philippines and Thailand. Diagnostic and analysis work is largely remote; we spend time on-site where seeing the operation first-hand matters — during discovery and at key points in implementation.
How do you handle confidential information?+
Under a mutual confidentiality agreement, before any commercial or operational data is shared. Client work is never published or named without written permission, which is why the scenarios on this site are illustrative rather than attributed.
